By accessing or using PriceTik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PriceTik helps you find and buy products at the best available price. Product listings are compared across retailer feeds; when you choose to buy, PriceTik generates an affiliate deep link to the retailer's checkout, where you complete your purchase. Hotel stays are searched and booked directly on PriceTik, and your card is charged only after the booking is confirmed. PriceTik does not purchase items on your behalf, hold inventory, or process product payments.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person — automated or bot-driven account creation is prohibited and will result in suspension.
PriceTik Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
PriceTik provides price comparison and booking services. We do not guarantee that any particular price will be available at the time of checkout. Prices are subject to change by retailers at any time. PriceTik is not liable for price discrepancies between the prices shown and actual retailer prices at checkout.
PriceTik may offer cashback on eligible bookings (hotels, transfers, and activities/tickets) and on purchases made through affiliate shopping links. Participation and rates are set by PriceTik, vary by category, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
Booking cashbackaccrues as “pending” when you complete a booking and becomes available after the service is completed plus a short holding period, so cancellations and refunds can be reconciled. If a booking is cancelled, refunded, or disputed before the cashback unlocks, the pending cashback is reduced proportionally or removed.
Shopping cashback depends on the retailer or affiliate network confirming your purchase; it typically confirms within 30–90 days and can be rejected by the retailer (for example, due to returns or cancellations), in which case it is removed.
Cashback has no cash value until it is confirmed and available. Available cashback may be redeemed as platform tokens, requested as a payout (subject to identity and tax verification where required), or applied as a credit toward an eligible booking. Cashback applied as booking credit reduces your card charge; you do not earn new cashback on the credit-funded portion.
Cashback is a promotional rebate on your own purchases, not income or a payment for services. You are responsible for any tax consequences of payouts where applicable.
PriceTik may withhold, reduce, void, or claw back cashback for cancelled, refunded, or disputed transactions; suspected fraud or abuse; violations of these Terms; or errors. One account per person—manipulation of the cashback program is prohibited and may result in forfeiture and suspension.
PriceTik offers an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and API so AI agents and other clients can use the service on your behalf. Your use through any agent or API client is governed by these Terms, including the account and acceptable-use rules above. You may link your PriceTik account to an agent via OAuth and grant scoped, revocable permissions; you are responsible for the agents you authorize and the actions they take with your granted scopes. Booking tools never charge a card — they return a checkout link you complete yourself. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke connector and API access for abuse or violations of these Terms.
