1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PriceTik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

PriceTik is a consumer price exchange. Users place bids (target prices) on products and hotels. When market prices reach a user's target, PriceTik generates a deep link to the retailer's checkout. PriceTik does not purchase items on your behalf, hold inventory, or process product payments.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One account per person — automated or bot-driven bidding is prohibited and will result in suspension.

4. Bidding rules

Bids must be between 10% and 100% of the current market price. Rate limits apply (10 bids per minute). Manipulative bidding patterns may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

5. Subscriptions and payments

PriceTik Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of liability

PriceTik provides price monitoring and notification services. We do not guarantee that any particular price will be available at the time of checkout. Prices are subject to change by retailers at any time. PriceTik is not liable for price discrepancies between our notifications and actual retailer prices.
